Meet She-ra, a beautiful 6-month-old mixed-breed girl who is ready to find a family of her very own!
Unclaimed from the local pound, She-ra has a whole lot of life ahead of her and is looking for a home where she can continue to learn, grow and enjoy everything the world has to offer. She is a fun-loving, energetic and intelligent young pup with plenty of personality. Like most puppies her age, She-ra will benefit from guidance, consistency and plenty of positive experiences as she learns what it means to be a well-mannered family dog.
She-ra would suit a family with a medium to large, securely fenced yard where she has room to stretch her legs and enjoy some playtime. An active family who can provide her with daily exercise, enrichment and plenty of interaction would be ideal.
With her intelligence and enthusiasm, now is the perfect time to enrol She-ra in dog school! Puppy training will help her build confidence, learn good manners and strengthen the bond with her new family.
She-ra is best suited to a home with children over 12 years of age and is looking for a family committed to giving this lovely young girl the time, training and attention she deserves.
Male Dog aged Young Adult.
Flash is a handsome 1-year-old purebred Koolie who is a soft, affectionate boy with a wonderful nature. He was raised on a property with children and other animals, and while he has missed out on some of the early education and experiences that help young dogs navigate the wider world, Flash is intelligent, loyal and a quick learner.
Having spent his life on a property, Flash has not experienced suburban living. He is interested in meeting friendly dogs, but he lacks confidence when it comes to unfamiliar dogs simply because he hasn't had much opportunity to practise those social skills. His new family will need to introduce him to new experiences gradually and positively, helping him build confidence at his own pace.
Flash is a gentle, sweet boy who loves affection and being around his people. He has previously lived an outside-only lifestyle, but we think he would absolutely relish discovering the joys of being a true member of the family — including spending time indoors, relaxing with his people and enjoying all the little spoils that come with being loved.
Flash would be best suited to children aged 12 years and over. He has not lived with another dog or cat, so any future introductions would need to be carefully managed.
For the right family, Flash has the potential to become an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. 💙
Female Dog aged 10 years.
Jessie is a wonderful, beautiful senior girl who is looking for a quiet retirement home with people who are home more often than not and want a companion to share an armchair with.
Jessie is in good nick for her age and is still plenty sprightly and enjoys her walks. Jessie is suitable to live with kids over 12 who are dog-savvy. Jessie would rather be the only dog in the home. She can be neutral around dogs, but being an older, more distinguished lady, she would rather spend time with her humans than other dogs.
Miss Jessie is awaiting your visit and hopes she can be your new best friend.
Female Dog aged 9 months.
Meet lovely Nix! 💕
This gorgeous young girl is an absolute darling with a confident, happy nature and is ready to find her forever family.
Nix has previously lived with other dogs and is accustomed to being part of family life, enjoying time both indoors and outdoors. She loves being included in what her people are doing and would thrive in a home where she can continue to be a true member of the family.
Nix is a confident young girl who is sure to bring plenty of love, fun and companionship to her lucky new family. She would suit a **semi-active household** that can provide her with regular walks, playtime, enrichment and plenty of quality time together.
A home with a **medium to large secure yard** would be ideal, giving Nix plenty of space to explore and enjoy herself. She would also suit a family with **children aged 10 years and over** who can be involved in her care and understand how to interact respectfully with their new four-legged family member.
If you’re looking for a loving, confident and affectionate young dog who will happily become part of the family, Nix could be the perfect girl for you. 🐾❤️

Meet beautiful Bliss! 🐾
This sweet young mixed breed girl has a lovely nature and is ready to find an active family who can help her continue to grow into a confident and happy companion.
Bliss has been raised with children aged 10 years and over and is terrific with kids. She would love a family with dog-savvy children who understand how to interact respectfully with their four-legged family member.
Bliss has previously attended doggy day care and enjoys interacting with other dogs. She can be a little lacking in confidence when meeting dogs while on lead, so continued positive socialisation and training will help her build her confidence. **Dog school would be fantastic for Bliss**, allowing her to learn, develop her skills and strengthen the bond with her new family.
Bliss has previously lived primarily as an outside dog and would love a home where she can enjoy plenty of outdoor adventures and be included in family activities. She loves to swim and is happiest when she has something fun to do!
Bliss is a **medium-to-high energy girl**, so her new family should be prepared to provide regular exercise, mental stimulation, training and plenty of interaction.
If you're looking for an affectionate, active and fun-loving young dog to join you on life's adventures, Bliss could be your perfect match! ❤️
Female Dog aged 5 years.
Meet beautiful Daisy! ❤️ This gorgeous 5-year-old Staffy mix has come to us via the local pound and is now looking forward to finding a loving family of her very own.
Daisy is a sweet, affectionate and fun-loving girl who absolutely enjoys being around people. She has a lovely personality and would love nothing more than to be included in her family’s daily life. Daisy is looking for a home where she will be treated as a true member of the family, with plenty of love, companionship and opportunities to be involved in all the fun.
Daisy has been friendly and social when around the other dogs here at the Refuge. However, as we don't know a great deal about her history or whether she has previously lived with other dogs, we feel she would be best suited to being the **only dog in the home**.
Daisy would suit a family with children over 8 years of age who understand that having a dog is a commitment and are ready to include her in their lives.
If you’re looking for a loving, playful and affectionate companion who will happily be by your side, Daisy could be the girl you’ve been waiting for! 🐾💕
Female Dog aged 3 years.
Meet lovely Izzy! 💕 This gorgeous girl is affectionate, confident and fun-loving, with a wonderful personality that is sure to win hearts.
Izzy has previously lived happily with another dog and children, making her a lovely choice for a family looking for a friendly and engaging companion. She would thrive with an active family who enjoys getting out and about, while also having someone home regularly to keep her company.
Izzy has an inquisitive nature and loves to explore her surroundings, so her new home will need secure, solid fencing at least 6ft high to keep this clever girl safely contained. She is accustomed to being indoors when left home alone and is very happy to relax inside, so she would love a family who considers their dog a true part of the household.
Izzy would be best suited to a home with a large, secure yard where she has plenty of room to stretch her legs, explore and enjoy some playtime. In return, she will bring plenty of affection, fun and companionship to her lucky new family.
If you’re looking for a confident, loving and active best friend, Izzy could be the girl for you! 🐾

***IN FOSTER*** Meet our three adorable mixed breed puppies! 🐾💕 These sweet youngsters are currently enjoying life in foster care, where they are getting lots of love and attention as they begin learning about the world around them.
Puppies are lots of fun, but they are also a big commitment. Their new families will need to be prepared for the time, patience and ongoing costs involved in raising a happy, healthy dog. This includes vaccinations, desexing, parasite prevention, food, veterinary care, training and other unexpected expenses that can arise throughout their lives.
Puppy school is also strongly recommended to help them develop good manners, confidence and social skills from an early age. Continued training and positive reinforcement at home will be just as important as they grow.
All three puppies are currently in foster care but will be coming into the Refuge this Saturday for families to meet them.
If you think you could provide one of these gorgeous puppies with the time, care, training and lifelong commitment they deserve, please visit our website and complete a **Dog Enquiry Form**. Make sure you upload all relevant documentation with your enquiry.
We are looking for responsible families who understand that adopting a puppy is a commitment for life — but one that comes with an enormous amount of love, fun and companionship! ❤️
Male Dog aged 5 years.
Meet Ace, a lovely Greyhound with a big heart and an even bigger love for people! 💙
Ace was sadly and reluctantly surrendered through no fault of his own and is now looking for a new family who will love him for the wonderful dog he is.
Ace is a happy, friendly boy who greets everyone he meets with a waggy tail. He loves to play and has a beautiful way of leaning into you when he’s ready for some affection and attention. He has previously lived in a family home with children and has enjoyed being part of family life.
Ace is neutral when meeting the other dogs here at the Refuge; however, we are unsure whether he has previously lived with other dogs. For this reason, **Ace would be best suited to being the only dog in the home**, where he can enjoy having his family all to himself.
Ace has not been tested with small animals, so we recommend a home without cats or other small pets, as he is unlikely to be suitable for a home with cats.
Ace is looking for an active family with children over 10 who will include him in their daily life and provide plenty of companionship, play, and affection.
If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate, and happy companion, Ace would love to meet you! 🐾

**Cleo & Cash – A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Forever Home**
Meet Cleo and Cash, a beautiful bonded pair who have grown up together in a loving home and are now looking for a family to continue their journey with them.
Both dogs are sweet, affectionate and love being part of family life. They were originally acquired by their previous owners from a backyard breeder and have enjoyed growing up around children. They are looking for a home with children aged 6 years and over, where they can enjoy plenty of love, playtime and companionship.
Cleo is the more timid of the two and can be a little sensitive around some dogs. She lacks confidence at times and relies on the company and security of Cash, so these two will need to remain together. Cash provides Cleo with reassurance, while Cleo is his devoted companion.
They would suit a family with a large, secure yard where they can enjoy exploring and playing. They are happy as inside/outside dogs and can manage a full-time working household, provided they have plenty of companionship and enrichment when their family is home. They absolutely love water and enjoy a good splash!

Ivy is a gorgeous Labrador puppy with a big personality, a huge heart and enough energy to keep you smiling all day! She is currently enjoying life in foster care, where she is learning all about being a well-mannered member of the family.
Ivy is your typical fun-loving Lab puppy — friendly, outgoing and absolutely convinced that everyone she meets is her new best friend! She loves people, adores other dogs and is always ready for her next adventure. She is a boisterous little character with plenty of spunk and energy, and she is also incredibly clever. Ivy is sharp as a tack and loves learning, especially when there are treats involved!
And then there’s water… Ivy LOVES it! A family who enjoys getting outdoors and letting their dog have plenty of fun will be right up her alley.
While in foster care, Ivy is working on her basic manners and crate training. Her new family will need to continue this training and commit to taking her to puppy or dog school to help her develop into the wonderful adult dog she is destined to become.
Ivy would suit a family with children aged 12 years and over who have the time, energy and commitment a young Labrador requires. She can live with another dog, provided they are happy to put up with a boisterous puppy and the home has a good-sized yard for zoomies and playtime!
**Ivy is available by application through our website. Only successful applicants will be contacted.**
If you're looking for a fun, clever, energetic Labrador to join your adventures, Ivy might just be your girl! 💕

Meet Tank, a handsome senior Labrador x who proves that age really is just a number! Don’t let his senior status fool you—Tank is in fantastic health, surprisingly spritely and has no mobility issues. He has plenty of love and life left to share with his new family.
Tank is the ultimate loyal companion and would love nothing more than to spend his days by your side. He enjoys gentle daily strolls, relaxing in the sunshine and, when it’s time to wind down, curling up beside you for some quality couch time.
Tank is wonderful with children and is very accustomed to family life. He is also a well-mannered gentleman around the home. He is house-trained, polite and easy to care for, making him a lovely companion for someone looking for a more relaxed lifestyle.
Tank is perfectly content behind standard 6-foot fencing and has no interest in digging, jumping or wandering, so his new family can enjoy peace of mind knowing he is happy and secure at home.
Tank is looking for a stable retirement home with someone who is home regularly and genuinely wants the companionship of a devoted senior dog. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle and affectionate boy to share your days with, Tank could be the perfect mat

Meet Armani 💕👑
Armani is a gorgeous female English Staffy who is sure to steal your heart! This little ball of muscle is fun-loving, affectionate and full of personality. She is the kind of girl who wants to be part of the family and would love nothing more than a home where she can be treated like the queen she knows she is!
Armani arrived at the refuge as an unclaimed pound dog, so unfortunately we don't know much about her previous history. What we do know is that she is a sweet, loving girl who deserves a family committed to giving her the secure and happy future she has been waiting for.
Armani would love a family with children aged **10 years and over** who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs. Her ideal home will allow her to spend plenty of time indoors with her people — Staffies are renowned for wanting to be close to their families, and Armani is no exception!
We feel Armani would be best suited as the **only dog in the home**, allowing her to have all the attention and love to herself. We don't know whether she has previously lived with cats, so a cat-free home would be the safest option.
If you're looking for an affectionate, fun-loving little powerhouse who will happily reign over your household, Armani could be your girl! 👑💕
**Armani is available for adoption via application only through our website. Successful applicants will be contacted.**

Meet Milo ❤️
Milo is a lovely senior gentleman who has come to us via the pound, with the circumstances surrounding his arrival unknown. Whatever his past may hold, Milo is now looking forward to a peaceful and comfortable chapter of his life.
Milo is a quiet, soft-natured boy with lovely manners and an easy-going personality. He is gentle, undemanding and simply a pleasure to have around. Milo doesn't ask for much — just a comfortable place to rest, some companionship and a person who will appreciate his sweet, quiet nature.
He would be happiest in a calm home where he can enjoy the simple things in life. Picture Milo curled up in a sunny spot, happily snoozing by your feet while you relax, or quietly keeping you company as you potter around the garden. He'd make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle dog to share the slower moments of life.
Milo appears to largely ignore the other dogs here at the refuge. While his compatibility would need to be assessed with any potential canine companion, he may be suited to living with a calm, well-matched older female dog.
If you're looking for a quiet and affectionate senior companion who will happily settle into your routine, Milo may just be the gentleman you've been waiting for. ❤️
Male Dog aged 4 years.
Dakota is a wonderful boy who arrived at the refuge from the pound, and he has quickly won the hearts of everyone who has met him. He has a fantastic personality and is a genuinely lovely dog to have around.
Dakota is friendly, enjoys meeting new people and is always happy to say hello. He has also been doing well around the other dogs at the refuge. When he meets them, he is polite — he’ll have a sniff, say hello and then is quite happy to move on with his day.
It is clear that Dakota has been loved and cared for previously. He has lovely manners, is easy to handle and walks nicely on lead, which makes him a pleasure to spend time with.
We don't know everything about Dakota's previous life, including whether he has lived with another dog. We feel he may potentially enjoy the company of a well-matched female dog, but any introduction would need to be carefully managed to ensure they are a good fit.
We also don't have a history of Dakota living with children, so we feel a home with children aged 12 years and over would be most appropriate, particularly children who are comfortable and confident around dogs.
Dakota is a lovely, well-mannered boy with plenty of love to give. We would love to see him find a family who appreciates his gentle nature and gives him the happy future he deserves. 💙

**Maybear – A Sweet Old Soul Looking for Love**
Meet Maybear, a beautiful older girl who found herself surrendered to the local pound for reasons unknown. Despite the uncertainty of her past, it is clear that Maybear has known love and care throughout her life. She is a darling, gentle old soul who simply enjoys being close to her people and soaking up affection.
Maybear has lovely manners and is quiet and clean in her kennel. She carries herself like a girl who has been well loved and cared for, and she has so much to offer her next family.
At this stage of her life, Maybear isn’t looking for anything complicated – she is looking for a stable, loving home where she can feel safe, settled and truly part of the family. She would thrive with someone who is home regularly and who will enjoy including her in everyday life and activities.
Whether it’s relaxing beside you, pottering around the house or simply enjoying some gentle companionship, Maybear will be happiest when she is by your side.
This sweet senior deserves a peaceful retirement filled with love, comfort and the security of knowing she is home for good. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will appreciate every moment spent together, Maybear could be your perfect match.

Red Dog is a 4-year-old Kelpie with all the qualities you'd expect from a true-blue Aussie working dog. Loyal, athletic and full of heart, he's ready to find his next mate and become a much-loved member of the family.

Hank’s got the heart of a gentle giant—even if he hasn’t quite realized how big he’s becoming! Despite his impressive size, this sweet boy is pure snuggles. He’s gentle with his toys, doesn’t gobble his meals, and loves nothing more than a cozy spot to relax.
Hank is already showing great promise with training. He knows “sit,” he’s learned to shake hands—almost ready to graduate!
This adventurous pup is happiest when he’s exploring outdoors or lounging in a comfortable area. He’s got that typical puppy enthusiasm and gets easily distracted by the world around him, which means he’ll thrive best with a confident owner who has experience with larger dogs.
If you’re ready for a loving companion and are able to teach him to be the best doggy Hank can be, while also having the space and experience to give him the training he will need, Hank might be your perfect match.
Hank is currently in foster, please call our office to arrange a meet and greet.

Patches is looking for a family who understands that raising a puppy is a big commitment. Puppies need plenty of time, patience, supervision, exercise, mental stimulation and positive socialisation as they learn about the world around them.
We strongly recommend that Patches attend **puppy school**, followed by ongoing obedience training as she grows. Training is a wonderful way to build confidence, teach good manners and establish a strong bond between a puppy and their family.
It is also important for prospective adopters to consider the financial commitment involved in raising a puppy. Along with the initial adoption costs, there are ongoing expenses such as quality food, vaccinations, parasite prevention, veterinary care, training, grooming and other essentials.

Like any young puppy, she's still learning about the world around her and is looking for a family committed to continuing her training. At almost 5 months old, Lindy is at a wonderful age — full of curiosity, enthusiasm and excitement about the world around her! She is a friendly and outgoing puppy who loves meeting people and is ready to find a family who will help her grow into a happy, confident and well-mannered adult dog.
While puppies are undeniably adorable, raising a young dog is also a big commitment. These early months are an important time for learning, socialisation and developing good habits, and Lindy will need a family who has the time, patience and consistency to continue her education.
We strongly recommend that Lindy attend **puppy school**, followed by ongoing obedience training as she grows. Training isn't just about teaching commands — it helps build communication, confidence and a strong relationship between you and your dog.
Prospective adopters should also consider the ongoing costs involved in raising a puppy, including quality food, vaccinations, parasite prevention, veterinary care, training, grooming and other essentials. Puppies also require plenty of time, supervision, exercise and mental stimulation as they learn how to navigate the world.
Lindy is looking for a family who understands that the puppy stage comes with hard work and responsibility, but who is excited to make that investment. With patience, consistency and plenty of love, this gorgeous girl has all the makings of a wonderful lifelong companion. 💕 $300.00 desex bond will apply

Meet Tammy, a lovely young Border Collie who is looking for a new home after her owner sadly became unwell and was no longer able to care for her.
Tammy was bred to be a working Border Collie and has spent her life on the family property, working with sheep and enjoying the lifestyle she was raised for. She is an intelligent, friendly and high-energy girl who is eager to learn and loves having a job to do.
While we are unsure exactly what formal training Tammy has received so far, she is a bright girl who is keen to please and should thrive with an experienced owner who can continue developing her skills and providing plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
Tammy has lived alongside other dogs on the farm and is used to being crated. She would ideally suit an experienced dog owner who understands the needs of working-breed dogs and can provide her with an active lifestyle.
A property or rural home would be preferred, particularly one where Tammy can continue enjoying the type of environment and lifestyle she has always known. She will need plenty of exercise, enrichment and opportunities to use her clever Border Collie brain.
If you’re looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic working companion and have the experience and lifestyle to keep Tammy fulfilled, she could be the perfect addition to your family.
